FREE PARKING: Friday, May 22nd- Sunday, May 31st

• FREE Parking is Available at Cajun Field throughout the Fair.

ADMISSION: 

• Daily General Admission $5; 5 & Under Free Admission

  • Admission Fee is $10 on Friday & Saturday nights starting at 7 PM.

• No Re-Entry, Clear Bag Policy

• Admission Gate Closes One Hour Prior to Ride Close

Military Service Members Admission 

• Members of the Military can receive free admission for themselves and their immediate family (up to 3 guests) to the Cajun Heartland State Fair on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th, or save $2 on admission tickets on any day of the fair for themselves and their immediate family (up to 3 guests). Please present your active Military ID at the CHSF admission ticket booth.

First Responders Admission 

• All first responders - active and retired public law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency services agencies - can save $2 OFF admission tickets when they present a valid badge or ID card from their department or organization at the gate or online, plus up to three discounted admission tickets for their immediate family members.

Security Policies:

• Metal detectors are in use at the Fair entrance. 
• All bags, strollers, etc., are subject to search
• No pocket knives, firearms, pepper spray, etc., are permitted on the grounds. You must be 21 or older to carry a vape pen or tobacco products. 
• We welcome all youth to the Cajun Heartland State Fair, however, youth 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older from 7 PM to close daily. 

LAWN CHAIRS: Fans can bring in lawn chairs but chairs/carrying bags are subject to search

Clear Bag Policy: The CAJUNDOME will be enforcing a clear bag policy at the Cajun Heartland State Fair. Non-clear diaper bags with age appropriate children or non-clear medical bags will be permitted. All bags subject to search. An empty reusable water bottle may also be brought in for use at water fountains.

• 5" x 7" or smaller non-clear purse or clutch allowed
• Clear tote bag or purse, no larger than 12" x 12" x 6"

Magic Money is an electronic token system held on a Magic Money Card/band, using an RFID chip. Magic Money Cards/bands are reusable and reloadable, so you can enjoy them throughout the Fair this year and for years to come! Reload your card/band using the Magic Money App, Magic Money Kiosks, or Magic Money Stations located throughout the fairgrounds.

The cards/bands can be purchased in increments of your choice and reloaded for any amount. Your Magic Money is good for any ride, game, or food vendor on the carnival midway.

Rides and games range from 4-7 credits. Credits carry over from day to day during the Fair. If you have extra credits on your Magic Money Card/Band at the end of this Fair, bring it back next year for more thrills. There are three ways you can reload credits: visit a Ticket Booth, download the Magic Money app or visit a Magic Money kiosk.

The Magic Money Card is based on credits, as long as you have enough credits you can use your Magic Money Card any time during the Fair! Additional credits can be loaded anytime during the Fair. *The Unlimited Ride band is only valid for unlimited rides on the day of purchase. You can load additional credits for food and games, or individual ride credits for extra days of fun.

Credits are non-refundable, but they don’t expire. You can use your credits another day or next year.

Get ready to see some of your fave musicians/bands on the #CHSF26 Coca Cola Community Stage!

This museum and live exhibit contains an old time creamery where patrons participate in preparing a cow for milking, milking by hand or machine, and pasteurizing for a finished product. Through their bi-lingual demonstrations they show that agriculture has no barriers. Kids get hands-on experiences with the process of making butter and ice cream using historic tools and machines in these processes, and they learn the concept of "Home Made" just the way Grandma used to do it.

Step back in time to meet some of your favorite dinosaurs. Families won’t just watch the show; they’ll become part of it as they help “train” the lifelike dinosaurs and learn fascinating prehistoric facts along the way. And for the ultimate thrill, a few lucky kids will get to play a wild game of hide-and-seek with a 2000 lb carnivore. Get pictures with life-sized dinosaurs, including a 50-foot Brachiosaurus, T-Rex, Triceratops, Ankylosaurus, and many others. Plus, visit the Mobile Museum, full of dinosaur fossils and artifacts, to learn about our prehistoric past. You can even play a friendly game of Dinosaur Mini Golf.
