The Cajun Heartland State Fair is an eleven day fair produced by the CAJUNDOME staff offering an exciting entertainment line-up and ride offerings that attract more than 50,000 guests.

The Cajun Heartland State Fair is managed by an innovative and insightful team of professionals priding themselves on knowing the right mix of entertainment arranged to provide maximum enjoyment for all ages. The ride specials, food, free attractions and family oriented games make an outstanding summer experience. Truly, there is something for everyone to enjoy at the Cajun Heartland State Fair fairgrounds.

We are excited to continue our partnership with ride operator Gold Star Amusements that will provide numerous super rides and classic favorites fun for the whole family. Fair Admission Hours: (Gate Open / Gate Close)

Thursday, May 25th: 5pm-10pm
Friday, May 26th: 5pm-10pm
Saturday, May 27th: 12pm-10pm
Sunday, May 28th: 12pm-10pm
Monday, May 29th: 2pm-9pm
Tuesday, May 30th: 5pm-9pm
Wednesday, May 31st: 5pm-9pm
Thursday, June 1st: 5pm-9pm
Friday, June 2nd: 5pm-10pm
Saturday, June 3rd: 12pm-10pm
Sunday, June 4th: 12pm-8pm

The Admission Gate will close nightly at posted time, no new admissions will be permitted after that.

Midway rides will continue operation for one hour past the gate closing time.

Friday (May 26) - Optional Add-On Pickleball Clinics Hosted by TBD; Practice Courts (Afternoon); Player Welcome Reception & Social from 5 PM - 7 PM with Registration Check-In

Our age brackets will be 19-35, and 35+, 50+ 60+ 70+, 80+
Registration is by skill level: <3.0, 3.5, 4.0 & 4.5+.
Please note: Groups may be combined or split to facilitate play.

$85.00 Early Bird Player Registration Fee till April 30, 2023
$95.00 Player Registration Fee May 1 - May 12, 2023
** Please make sure your partner registers as well and is paid within 7 days or you may be placed on a waiting list.

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player. If you do not have a rating and are self rating, please advise tournament directors. Tournament Directors will have final say in self rating.

Weekend Schedule
Friday - Optional Pickleball Clinic Add-On, hosted by TBD.
Practice courts will be available on Friday on a first come basis from 2 PM- 7 PM. Please make an effort to share courts if necessary to ensure everyone gets a chance. A player welcome reception will be held from 5 PM - 7 PM with entertainment, select food & beverage and door prizes.

Saturday- Men's and Women's Doubles. Check in to begin at 7 AM- Matches will start at 8 AM. (exact start times for each division will be available Wednesday evening/Thursday morning ) Courts are available for warm up Saturday morning starting at 7:30 AM.

Sunday- Mixed Doubles. Check in to begin at 7 AM- Matches will start at 8 AM. (exact start times for each division will be available Wednesday evening/Thursday morning) Courts are available for warm up Sunday morning starting at 7:30 AM.

Each division will play a round robin format. All matches will be best 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 1, 3rd game to 15 win by 2 if needed. Groups may be combined or split to facilitate play.
