Our Marketing Department is dedicated to helping our events thrive with excellent marketing support on many levels.
All Arena and Convention Center Exhibit Hall events are required to submit a certificate of insurance at least two weeks prior to the event date to the CAJUNDOME. The certificate must provide a minimum $1 million insurance coverage in addition to the following verbiage: “The Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government, its officials, employees and volunteers, the CAJUNDOME Commission and The University of Louisiana at Lafayette are named on all liability policies described above as an additional insured.”
Exhibitors may order electrical or internet for their booth by filling out and submitting the order form below or submitting their order online with a credit/debit card.

The CAJUNDOME & Convention Center has a variety of equipment available for rent.
Our Facility Services Director will be in charge of meeting with you to discuss the room layout for your event based on the number of guests, seating requested, and use/size of stage. This meeting will also cover any A/V needs, sound packages, and other equipment rentals that you may be in need of for your event. A cost projection for any staffing requirements for your event, including, but not limited to, maintenance, bathroom attendants, and security will also be determined.
