The CAJUNDOME and Convention Center provides top of the line venue amenities and technical services to enhance your next meeting, conference or trade show.
The CAJUNDOME Convention Center offers multiple meeting space options ranging from a small boardroom of 10 guests to a 4,000 guest general session. These spaces can accommodate a number of events including corporate and leisure trade shows, corporate meetings and events, theater style presentations, private or public receptions and banquets, non-profit fundraising events, school dances, and graduation ceremonies and celebrations, just to name a few.
Rentals include assistance from our experiences and knowledgeable staff, easy load-in and access, and free on-site parking.

The Board Room (450 sq ft) is located on the first floor of the Convention Center next to the Show Manager Office and is ideal for smaller groups of 20 guests seeking space for board meetings or exhibit hall event headquarters. The adjacent Show Manager's Office (288 sq feet) can provide additional space for breakout or secondary meeting space.
The CAJUNDOME has two conference rooms available for smaller meeting groups up to 20 guests and is located on the mezzanine level of the arena.
The Convention Center first floor is made up of the adjacent Exhibit Hall A (13,996 sq. ft.) and Exhibit Hall B (23,250 sq. ft.) for a combined square footage of 37,303 sq. ft. This space is ideal for smaller concerts up to 3,500 guests, large banquet events of 400 or more guests, trade shows, expos, dance and cheer events, and more.
The Festival Ballroom is located on the second floor of the Convention Center and consists of 9,519 sq ft totaling to roughly 12,000 square feet when you add in the carpeted pre-function space. The Ballroom can be divided in up to five individual breakout rooms or a combination thereof. The Ballroom consists of the following rooms:
Mardi Gras Ballroom
The Mardi Gras Ballroom is located on the first floor adjacent to the CAJUNDOME Arena and consists of 6,075 sq ft. The Ballroom can be divided in up to five individual breakout rooms or a combination thereof. Two additional meeting rooms are located near the Ballroom, with one on each side of the ballroom, separated by a walkway. The Ballroom consists of the following rooms:
The Table Room
The Table Room provides an additional entertainment space featuring full bar service including beer, specialty cocktails and premium wine selections. The Table room is located near the west side of the CAJUNDOME's main lobby.
When the Light's on, the Party's on! The Table Room will provide an opportunity for concert and event patrons to arrive early and socialize with friends, family and other guests. The Table Room will be open for ticketed guests during major CAJUNDOME events including Ragin' Cajun Basketball games.
The Table Room is also available for private event rental on non-major CAJUNDOME event days for meetings, social events and more. This unique space is sure to wow your guest!
The space was once a large storage area that housed equipment, file boxes, and as its namesake suggests, tables. The renovated space serves as a new beverage outlet, featuring a sports bar atmosphere.
