NEW CLEAR BAG POLICY FOR CAJUNDOME & CONVENTION CENTER EVENTS

The policy, which is part of a growing trend at venues across the country, will start March 1, 2020. 

Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one approved clear bag, such as a one-gallon clear storage bag or clear purse no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". The following bags will be permitted inside the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center and are subject to search.

• Gallon size clear plastic storage bag.
• Clear bag equal to or smaller than 12" x 12" x 6" 
• A clutch or purse smaller than 6.5" x 4.5"
• Equipment bag for necessary medical items.
• Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, duffle bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, or any bag larger than the permissible sizes mentioned above. Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted.

CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM

• Starting January 1, 2025, The CAJUNDOME & Convention Center will transition to a cashless payment system for Concerts & Events. This change applies to all CAJUNDOME point of sale locations at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center. 
• Credit and debit cards, prepaid gift cards, and digital wallet “touch to pay” payments will be accepted at Concessions, Merchandise Stands & the CAJUNDOME Box Office.

If I Only Have Cash How Will I Make A Purchase?

• Prepaid Visa gift cards will be available to purchase at the CAJUNDOME Box Office from the first level lobby window and/or a designated convention center lobby location, if applicable.
• You may exchange cash for a prepaid Visa gift card in the following amounts: $25, $50 or $100. 
• Gift Cards can be used for purchases at the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center or any business where Visa is accepted (subject to business's participation).

Get closer to the action with the all-new Ultimate Fan Pass - a limited-capacity, 30-minute pregame on-court experience featuring the Harlem Globetrotters and their Rivals. Be first through the doors and first on the court, where you get exclusive access up close with the players, learn trick shots from the pros, get one-of-a-kind photos, and kick off your own tip-off party before the rest of the crowd arrives. Ultimate Fan Pass guests also get first access to the merchandise stands before the lines form.  A separate game ticket is required and is not included with this experience. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who also holds an Ultimate Fan Pass. Soft- or rubber-soled shoes are required on court.  The on-court experience begins 90 minutes before game time. Late arrivals may miss some or all of the experience and are not eligible for refunds.

Purchase your Ultimate Fan Pass when you purchase your tickets online at Ticketmaster or at the CAJUNDOME Box Office. The Ultimate Fan Pass event will take place from 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM.

THIS IS AN OPTIONAL UPGRADE.  TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED.

Join the Pre-Game Fan Tunnel to welcome the Harlem Globetrotters to the floor, step into the Pre-Game Huddle, warm up with the team, and watch the famous Globetrotters Magic Circle from just feet away. This is MVP access on another level, and the perfect way to make a memory you'll talk about for years to come. With just 16 passes per game, this is the most exclusive 20 minutes in the arena. Check in at the announcer's table 30 mins prior to the game start. Late arrivals will not be refunded. All participants must have their own MVP Court Pass - no exceptions. Children under 10 must be with an adult who also has an MVP Court Pass. Soft or rubber-soled shoes required. This premium upgrade is not included with your game ticket. Don't miss your chance to be part of the Rivalry as an MVP!

Globie Birthday Bash includes a birthday announcement and an autographed gift for the birthday person. Premium package includes a Meet & Greet with Globie!
