Since Mardi Gras Balls are considered private events, the CAJUNDOME's clear bag policy will not be enforced. All bags and guests are subject to search. Guests are still encouraged to use small handbags or clear bags to speed up the security check-in and limit cross-contamination during bag search. Any outside food or beverage will be confiscated at entry and guests may be denied entry or removed from the premises if found in violation of the CAJUNDOME's outside food & beverage policy or prohibited item policy.

Absolutely, no outside food or beverage (including alcohol) will be allowed admission into the CAJUNDOME or Convention Center. All bags and guests are subject to search. Any outside food or beverage will be confiscated at entry and guests may be denied entry or removed from the premises if found in violation of the CAJUNDOME's outside food & beverage policy or prohibited item policy. 

Please vist the specific Krewe Ball for more information and to submit your food & beverage order in advance of the event. 

Limited parking available behind the Convention Center at Gate 11 and at Cajun Field.

Overflow parking will be at the Grass Lot/LITE Center across from Cajun Field. You can access the grass lot via East Devalcourt Street.

Guests should utilize the CAJUNDOME Boulevard pedestrian tunnel to access the CAJUNDOME Convention Center. If you’re parking at the Lite Center/Grass Lot utilize the intersection to cross.

Ride Share/Drop-off can be accessed at Gate 12 on Reinhardt Drive and is HIGHLY encouraged.
