• All guests age 2 and older must have a ticket for entry.  
• Children under two are free and do not need a ticket. 
• Ticket prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees online and onsite.  
• Prices are based on demand and are subject to change.
• Premium add-ons, such as souvenirs, green screen photo keepsakes, and face paint are not included with any ticket purchase, and can be purchased on-site at our Dino Store

NEW CLEAR BAG POLICY FOR CAJUNDOME & CONVENTION CENTER EVENTS

The policy, which is part of a growing trend at venues across the country, will start March 1, 2020. 

Each ticket holder, including children, may carry one approved clear bag, such as a one-gallon clear storage bag or clear purse no larger than 12" x 12" x 6". The following bags will be permitted inside the CAJUNDOME & Convention Center and are subject to search.

• Gallon size clear plastic storage bag.
• Clear bag equal to or smaller than 12" x 12" x 6" 
• A clutch or purse smaller than 6.5" x 4.5" (does not have to be clear)
• Equipment bag for necessary medical items.
• Diaper bag for age-appropriate children accompanied by an adult.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, duffle bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, mesh bags, or any bag larger than the permissible sizes mentioned above. Tinted or printed-pattern plastic bags are not clear, so they will not be permitted.

• Due to LPSS High School Graduations taking place on Friday & Saturday, lots around the CAJUNDOME are reserved for students, faculty and staff. There are a limited number of handicap accessible spots in the Reserved Parking Lot located directly in front of the Convention Center.
• Parking is available acrss the street at Cajun Field, Gates 4 & 5. Please utilize the designated crosswalks or pedestrian tunnel only to cross CAJUNDOME Boulevard.
• Guests and thse with limited mobility can be dropped off in front of the Convention Center by entering at Gate 12 on Reinhardt Drive and exiting to the Cajun Field Parking Lots.
• Additinal overflow parking is available at the grass lot next to the LITE Center at the corner of Cajundome Blvd and Congress Street. Enter the lot from Devalcourt Street and drive toward Congress Street to park closest to the corner.
• Additinal parking in the CAJUNDOME parking lots will be available on Sunday.
• DO NOT drive thrugh grass areas or on sidewalks to bypass safety barricades or gates.
• DO NOT park on grass medians, sidewalks or blocking handicap accessible ramps.

• Tickets can only be purchased online through the Ticketmaster Universe site. If you need to purchase additional tickets, please visit the website.
• Reminder, everyone 2 and older needs a ticket to enter. They should either have a General Admission Ticket (ex. Adult, Kid or Senior) or the Unlimited Kids Ticket.
• Please refer to your ticket order for the day and time slot for your admission.
• Fans should enter after the start time indicated on their ticket.
• You may stay inside the event as long as you like on your event day.
