TICKETING INSTRUCTIONS:

• Click BUY TICKETS - this will bring you to ACCOUNT MANAGER
• Click on SIGN IN at the top right of the new page
• Sign in with your email address & password (If you do not know your password, follow the prompts to reset)

NOTE:Manage your tickets by selecting them on your mobile, from there, you can forward to a friend or click to view your tickets. Don’t wait until the day of the event to access your tickets. We recommend that you save them to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy access the night of the ball. Once you save each ticket, check to make sure that they have saved correctly. That way, you will not need to connect to Wi-Fi to get your tickets on the night of the event.

For non-mobile entry, please feel free to call ahead (337-265-2104) and the CAJUNDOME Box Office will print your tickets for you to pick up. Please give us a call if you need any additional assistance.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE CAJUNDOME CONVENTION CENTER OR ON CAJUNDOME GROUNDS.
