Since Mardi Gras Balls are considered private events, the CAJUNDOME's clear bag policy will not be enforced. All bags and guests are subject to search. Guests are still encouraged to use small handbags or clear bags to speed up the security check-in and limit cross-contamination during bag search. Any outside food or beverage will be confiscated at entry and guests may be denied entry or removed from the premises if found in violation of the CAJUNDOME's outside food & beverage policy or prohibited item policy. 

Pre-Order Deadline is Friday, December 29th at 12 Noon

Please vist the specifc catering portal for the Krewe of Rio Ball to place all orders before the pre-order deadline. Guests who are unable to place an order by the pre-order deadline can place an order the night of the event. Limited quantities or selections may be available the night of the event. 

Absolutely, no outside food or beverage (including alcohol) will be allowed admission into the CAJUNDOME or Convention Center. All bags and guests are subject to search. Limited parking available around the CAJUNDOME and Convention Center, as well as Cajun Field.

Overflow parking will be at the Grass Lot/LITE Center Grass Lot across from Cajun Field. You can access the grass lot via East Devalcourt Street.

Ride Share/Drop-off can be accessed at Gate 12 on Reinhardt Drive and is HIGHLY encouraged.
